Our History
iTTi Works was founded by Joseph Pacitti, a second-generation real estate developer and construction management professional with a diverse background spanning residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. After earning a BS in Construction Management and Real Estate from Drexel University, Joseph started his career with his real estate license and working for boutique real estate developers and general contractors engrossed in Center City Philadelphia residential and multi-family new construction, learning from and leading others in fast-paced and demanding environments. After a few years under his belt, Joseph then took on key roles in companies like Boos Development, Save A Lot and for MERCK, creating and overseeing major projects and portfolios up to $500M. His expertise in project design and development, facility maintenance, and general construction laid the foundation for iTTi Works, where creative solutions meet collective goals.
